Summary: Very nice, very clean house. Short walk to Vanderbilt beach and Buzz's Lighthouse. Quiet neighborhood, friendly 'neighbors', and wonderful pool. The grandkids loved it, and adults enjoyed the set up/layout and generous amount of everything we could have needed (chairs, wagon, beach towels, etc.) The two refrigerators were great for chilling beverages. Owner/team responded to questions right away.
